However, there is a big difference in the calcium level of hulled (white) vs. unhulled (brown) sesame seeds. 

Most of the calcium in the sesame seed is in the hull. In fact, hulled (white) sesame seeds contain about 90-95% less calcium than the unhulled (brown) version.
