1. Heat 2 Tbsp oil in a heavy skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Add 1 1/2 lbs thinly sliced steak and sear until browned. Reduce heat to medium.
2. Add sauce and stir to coat protein. Allow sauce to thicken slightly, then remove from heat.
3. Serve on a bed of fresh lettuce for wrapping.
