Sfoglini Organic Zucca Pasta 16oz

Zucca, which means “squash” in Italian, resembles small pumpkins or squash, adding a charming look to any pasta dish. It features curved, ridged sides and a small, cup-like opening. This design is perfect for holding sauces, as the ridges grab thick sauces, while the center fills with rich flavors and cradles bits of ingredients like vegetables or meats.

Like all Sfoglini pasta, Zucca is made with premium semolina flour, a staple in traditional Italian pasta for centuries. They also use a traditional bronze die extrusion method to give the pasta a rougher surface for sauce to cling to.
