Ordering is a simple as a few mouse clicks here on our website and may be done at your convenience. This is the fastest way to have an order processed and shipped.
You may also order using your item numbers and quantities by emailing us at email@example.com or calling (269) 965-1199. Orders placed by these methods are not able to be processed as quickly as web orders.
UPS orders are shipped as soon as possible, usually within a week; however, depending on the products ordered shipping may be a little faster or slightly delayed. As a general rule, orders placed by end of business Wednesday night are usually shipped the following Monday. Please note some items in glass or over 25lbs may not be able to be shipped by UPS. Orders that contain these items will be shipped without them and have the total adjusted accordingly.
On occasion, UPS orders are shipped by USPS Priority Mail or equivalent insured method.
Pickup at our Retail Outlet
Picking up an order at our retail outlet is easy. Simply place an order by Wednesday 12:00pm EST, and we will have your order here and ready to pick up by the following Monday or Tuesday. Product pricing for pickup orders is that same as that listed on our website. For more information on product availability and pricing, click here!
Pick up orders have the following handling fees:
Minimum Order is $50.00. Orders under $50.00 have a $5.00 processing fee added.

Truck delivery is now being done by Country Life Natural Foods. All items that have item codes that do not begin with letters should be ordered through them. Items that begin with letters (such as AA or ZZ) may be ordered through us and merged with your delivery order. Please call us for details.

Returns & Credits
COVID-19 Return Policy Changes
Due to unprecedented demand and the issues surrounding Covid-19 we are temporarily amending our normal return policy. Until further notice all sales are final. Since we cannot control storage conditions, etc we will not be accepting returns on any products at this time. Thank you for understanding.
Since natural foods with no preservatives store best in cool, dry conditions, our warehouses are refrigerated and we guarantee quality at the time of delivery; however we cannot guarantee the quality beyond that.
Return requests must be made within two weeks after delivery. A 25% restocking fee may apply. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in sale able condition. Do not return an item without prior authorization. Items returned without proper authorization will not receive credit.
Credits will be given consideration if the return policy is followed. No credit is given on freight or handling fees. Credit, when given, will be in the form of a credit toward a future purchase. The customer is responsible for any shipping fees incurred on returned items in most situations.
We accept American Express, Discover, MasterCard & Visa. All orders must be pre-paid using a credit card, except orders picked up in-store.
