Sfoglini Organic Trumpets Pasta 16oz

Originally called Campanelle, which means “little bell” in Italian, Trumpets are a unique and visually appealing pasta shape. The ruffled edges and hollow center effortlessly capture everything from delicate sauces to rich, creamy concoctions, and even hearty ingredients like vegetables or meats. Sfoglini Trumpets are made with organic durum semolina flour, which has been a staple in traditional Italian pasta for centuries. We use a bronze die-extrusion process followed by slow drying, which imparts a rough texture to the pasta to give sauces something to cling to.
