NaturesPlus GI Natural Bi-Layered Tablets combine L-glutamine, probiotics, prebiotics and digestive enzymes in a vegetarian, gluten-free dietary supplement. The formula also includes vitamins C and E, calcium, zinc and selenium, bringing a range of nutrients and digestive-focused ingredients together in a convenient tablet format.
The probiotic blend features Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium breve and microencapsulated Bacillus coagulans. Apple pectin, Indian cluster bean extract and arabinogalactans make up the prebiotic blend, while an enzyme-rich whole-food blend includes banana, date, mango, papaya, pineapple, raspberry and cherry. The bi-layered tablet design provides both fast and sustained ingredient release.
Ingredients: Vitamin C (as ascorbic acid), vitamin E (as d-alpha tocopheryl succinate), calcium (as carbonate/phosphate), zinc (as gluconate), selenium (as selenomethionine), L-glutamine; prebiotic blend (apple pectin, Indian cluster bean extract, arabinogalactans); probiotic blend (Lactobacillus acidophilus in carrot powder, Bifidobacterium breve, LactoSpore® microencapsulated Bacillus coagulans); enzyme-rich whole-food blend (banana, date, mango, papaya, pineapple, raspberry, cherry); and enzyme blend (bromelain, lipase, protease, papain, amylase, cellulase, oxidase, lactase). Other ingredients: microcrystalline cellulose, di-calcium phosphate, hydroxypropyl methylcellulose, stearic acid, hydroxypropyl cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate, vegetable cellulose and beet juice color.
