This vegetarian, gluten-free adult multivitamin offers a flavorful alternative for those who prefer not to swallow capsules or tablets.
The formula includes vitamins A, C, D3 and E, B vitamins, and minerals including iron, iodine and zinc. Vitamin B12 is provided as methylcobalamin, while folate is supplied as calcium L-5-methyltetrahydrofolate. A blend of fruits, vegetables, botanicals and enzymes complements the formula, along with soy-derived lecithin and citrus bioflavonoids.
